ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE SOMERS FIRE DISTRICT on December 12, 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Somers Fire District will take place on December 12, 2017 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Amawalk Fire House located at 1 Liberty Way, Amawalk, New York 10501 for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2018 and ending December 31, 2022. Only residents registered to vote with the Westchester County Board of Elections on or before November 20, 2017 shall be eligible to vote.
Candidates for District Office shall file their petitions with a minimum of twenty-five registered voters to the Secretary of the Somers Fire District at the Lincolndale Fire Headquarters, 119 Primrose Street, Lincolndale, New York 10540 no later than November 22, 2017.
