On Wednesday May 25th, members of the SVFD participated in live fire training at the Putnam County Fire Training Center. This training consisted of apparatus pump training and hose line advancing into the class A burn building. With temperatures during the day near 90 degrees and temperatures in the burn building nearing 900 degrees all participants worked hard. Everyone worked as a team and and had a great time training.
