The Somers Volunteer Fire Department participated in Somers annual 4th of July celebration and fireworks. The SVFD brought in Tower Ladder 18 to raise the American Flag during the opening ceremony. Ambulance 80B1 was on scene for the entire day to handle the usual cuts and scrapes. E185, U88, 2441, 2442 were on scene to provide any needed support. The weather was great and a good time was had by all.
