Location: E Lake Blvd, Mahopac Fire District

Description: At 6:48 pm, a Somers Tanker and Tower Ladder was requested to Mahopac for a working structure fire. Engine 188 and Tower Ladder 18 responded on the road with 9 SVFD members. While enroute, TL18 was redirected to Mahopac Fire Department HQ to standby in their district for additional alarms with Golden’s Bridge FD. Engine 188 proceeded to the scene and assisted Mahopac Fire Department at their structure fire. Somers units operated for approximately an hour and a half before returning to service.
