NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the
Somers Fire District will take p' ' e on December 8, 2026
between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Somers Town Hall (Elephant Hotel) located at 335 Route one Fire Commissioner for the urpose or term
Commissioner
commencing January 1, 2027 and ending December 31, 2031 and also electing one Fire Commissioner to fill the remaining three (3) years of another (5) year term. That open term will commence on January 1, 2027 and end on December 31, 2029. Only residents registered to vote
with the Westchester County Board of Elections on or
before November 16, 2026 shall be eligible to vote.
Candidates for the Fire District Commissioner positions
must hle their petitions with a minimum of twenty-five
registered voter signatures to the Secre ' 'y of the
Somers Fire District located at the Lincolndale Fire Head-quarters,
