**MEMBER SPOTLIGHT MONDAY**
It is Monday, which means it is Member Spotlight Monday!
By Somers Volunteer Fire Department
June 19, 2023
Our members go above and beyond to help their communities often without recognition or praise. Every Monday a new SVFD member will be chosen and given the “spotlight.” You can learn a little bit about the different members that make up our organization.
This week’s member is Steve Jarrett: Firefighter Steve Jarrett has been a valuable member of the SVFD for the past 10 years! During this time, he has held many titles, including Fire Lieutenant, and Engineer! He brings a wealth of knowledge to our department with the training he has done and with his experience. He takes pride in making sure the apparatus at Amawalk House is spotless, and thoroughly checked. Firefighter Jarrett is one of our active members, and active drivers for the SVFD. We thank Firefighter Jarrett for his service to the department and our community!
